Sino-Laser provides several different solutions for diode laser beam shaping & fiber coupling.
One method is direct fiber boudling from laser diode emitters. Silicon V-grooves will be introduced for the direct fiber coupling & bundling. This coupling method comes with high coupling efficiency & stability, but the output diameter depends on the emitter numbers & fiber diameters.
The other fiber coupling methods are through beam shaping. SAC, FAC & V-step-mirrors will be introduced to improve the coupling efficiency. A beam with very high brightness can be coupled into a single fiber. |
